Market Assessment for novel Asthma product
This project involved a novel new asthma product to encourage asthmatics to use their inhaler more often and more effectively. The product was in prototype form and I led a market research project which involved, detailed competitor and market analysis including price and volume data. Key decision maker interviews including designing a questionnaire, face to face and phone interviews with potential customers and influencer groups. The writing of a comprehensive report with product development and market access recommendations. The project received further R&D funding and was CE marked in 2010. A distributor was recently appointed and the product should be available for commercial sale in 2012.
